Quick start for Admins
Go from first login to live data in 15–30 minutes.
New Soarvo Administrator setup — first login to live data. ~15–30 minutes.
Step 1 — Log In
Click the activation link in your invitation email, set your password, then log in at live.soarvo.com and accept the Terms of Use.

Step 2 — Understand the Structure
Soarvo uses Projects and Locations: a project is a group of sites that has something in common; a location holds datasets for an individual site.
Step 3 — Create Your First Project
Click + New Project, enter a name and category, set coordinate and measurement systems, click Go to Project.
Step 4 — Create Your First Location
Add a location: name it, set map pin coordinates, save.
Step 5 — Upload Data
Open the location → File upload in the Data Viewer → Upload files. Wait for the green tick ✓.

Step 6 — Invite a Team Member
Account icon → User Management → + New user: enter email, assign role, then share the project or location once they confirm.
