Logging in for the first time
Activate your account from your invitation email and sign in.
Overview
When an Administrator creates your account, you receive an email invitation to set your password and log in.
Step 1 — Check Your Invitation Email
Look for a Soarvo email with a link to set your password.
💡 Tip: If the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your junk or spam folder.
Step 2 — Set Your Password
Click the link, choose a secure password, and confirm it to activate your account.
Step 3 — Log In
- Go to live.soarvo.com
- Enter your email and password, then click Log in
Step 4 — Accept the Terms of Use
On first login, accept the Terms of Use. This is a one-time step.
Forgot Your Password?
- Go to live.soarvo.com and click Forgot password
- Enter your email and follow the reset email instructions
💡 Tip: Check your junk folder if the reset email doesn't arrive.
Empty Home Screen?
New accounts show an empty home screen until a project or location is shared with you. Contact your administrator.
