Troubleshooting: Login & Access Issues

I didn't receive my invitation email

  1. Check your spam or junk folder.
  2. Confirm with your Administrator that they used the correct email address.
  3. Ask your Administrator to resend the invitation from the User Management panel.
💡 Tip: If you use a corporate email address, ask your IT team to whitelist emails from the Soarvo sender domain.

My invitation link isn't working

  1. Copy the full link from the email and paste it directly into your browser.
  2. If the link has expired, ask your Administrator to send a new invitation.
  3. Try a different browser or a private/incognito window.

I forgot my password

  1. Go to live.soarvo.com.
  2. Click Forgot password below the login form.
  3. Enter your email address and follow the reset instructions.
💡 Tip: Check your junk folder if the reset email doesn't arrive. If you're the Administrator and are locked out, contact Soarvo via soarvo.com/contact.

I can log in but I can't see any projects

Possible cause
Fix
You haven't been shared on any projects yet
Contact your Administrator and ask to be added to the relevant project
Your account was recently created
Projects must be explicitly shared — ask your Administrator
You are logged in with the wrong account
Log out and log back in with the correct email address

I can see a project but not a specific location

Possible cause
Fix
You haven't been shared on that location
Ask your Administrator or Project Manager to share it with you
The location is in a different project
Check other projects in your home screen

The page is slow or not loading

  1. Check your internet connection.
  2. Try a different modern browser (Chrome or Edge recommended).
  3. Clear your browser cache.
  4. Close other browser tabs to free up memory.
