Logging In for the First Time

Overview

When an Administrator creates your account, you will receive an email invitation. Follow the steps below to activate your account and log in.

Step 1 — Check Your Invitation Email

Look for an email from Soarvo in your inbox. It contains a link to set your password and activate your account.

💡 Tip: If the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your junk or spam folder.

Step 2 — Set Your Password

Click the link in the invitation email. You will be taken to a password-setup page. Choose a secure password and confirm it to activate your account.

Click your avatar (top-right) to open the account menu.

Step 3 — Log In

Go to live.soarvo.com
Enter your email address and password
Click Log in

The Directory home view shows your Projects and Locations.

Step 4 — Accept the Terms of Use

On your first login, Soarvo will ask you to review and accept the Terms of Use. You only need to do this once.

Forgot Your Password?

Go to live.soarvo.com
Click Forgot password below the login form
Enter your email address and follow the instructions in the reset email

💡 Tip: Check your junk folder if the reset email doesn't appear.

Empty Home Screen?

A brand-new account has an empty home screen until an Administrator or Project Manager shares a project or location with you. Contact your Soarvo administrator.
