Resource Limits & Quotas

Overview

The Resource limits page shows your subscription's usage and limits — storage, locations, users per role, and processing tokens. It's the single place to check whether you have headroom for new uploads, users, or drone processing jobs.

ℹ️ Who can view: All users can view their organisation's Resource limits. Only Administrators can request changes to the limits.

Opening Resource Limits

  1. Click the account icon in the top-right corner.
  2. Select Resource limits.

What Each Metric Means

Metric
Description
Subscription End Date
When your current subscription expires. Shown with a "days remaining" counter.
Storage
Total disk space used across all your projects and locations versus your storage quota.
Locations
Total number of locations across all projects versus the location cap.
Administrators
Number of users with the Administrator role versus the Administrator seat cap.
Project Managers
Number of Project Manager seats used versus available.
Editors
Number of Editor seats used versus available.
Viewers
Number of Viewer seats used versus available (typically unlimited).
Mobile users
Combined count of Mobile-User + Mobile-Only seats versus available.
Tokens
Processing tokens used versus available. Tokens are consumed by raw drone imagery processing.

ℹ️ About role quotas: The role quotas above cover Administrators, Project Managers, Editors, Viewers, and Mobile users. Project Supervisor and mobile-only roles do not appear as separate quota meters on this page — talk to your account manager if you need specific limits for these roles.

Reading the Progress Bars

Each metric displays as a progress bar with a percentage:

  • 0–80% — healthy headroom
  • 80–99% — approaching the limit; plan ahead
  • 100% — limit reached; new operations of that type will be blocked until usage drops or the limit is increased
💡 Tip: If you hit a Storage limit, free space by deleting unused locations or compressing duplicate datasets before uploading more.

What Happens When You Hit a Limit

Limit reached
What gets blocked
Storage
New uploads fail until space is freed
Locations
Creating new locations is blocked
A specific role (e.g. Editors)
You can't invite more users in that role until an existing one is removed or downgraded
Tokens
Raw drone processing requests are queued or rejected until tokens are topped up
