Understanding the Home Screen
Overview
The Soarvo home screen is your starting point after logging in. From here you access all your projects and locations, switch views, and reach account settings.

Directory View
The default view shows two sections:
- Projects — all projects you have access to, displayed as cards with a project category icon
- Locations — all individual locations across all projects, displayed as cards
Click any project card to open it and see its locations. Click any location card to open it in the Data Viewer.
Each card has a ⋮ (three dots) menu for actions such as Share, Edit, and Delete (options depend on your role).

The Map view places every location on a world map.
Map View
Click Map in the top navigation to switch to a map view where all your locations are plotted as pins. Click any pin to open that location.

Switch between Directory and Map views from the header.
Project Categories
When creating a project you choose a category which sets a colour-coded icon on the project card:
Search & Sort
Use the search bar at the top-left to filter projects and locations by name. Each section also has a sort: a–z toggle on the right for alphabetical or reverse-alphabetical ordering.
Account Menu
Click the avatar (top-right) to open the account menu. Available options:
- Account information — review your profile details
- Resource limits — view storage, user, and token quotas for your subscription
- User Management — Administrators only; invite and manage users
- Knowledge Base — open this help centre
- Terms of Use — review the platform terms
- Logout — sign out
