Resetting your password

Recover a forgotten password in a few clicks.

👤Overview

Reset a forgotten or changed password from the Soarvo login screen. Soarvo emails a reset link; click it and choose a new password.

ℹ️ Where this works: The reset applies to both the web portal and Soarvo Mobile — they share the same account.

How to Reset Your Password
  1. Go to live.soarvo.com.
  2. Click Forgot password (below the Log in button).
  3. Enter the email address for your Soarvo account.
  4. Click Send password reset.
  5. Check your inbox for the reset email from Soarvo.
  6. Click the link and set a new password.
  7. Sign in with your new password.

If You Don't Receive the Email
  • Check junk/spam. Mark as not-spam to receive future Soarvo emails.
  • Confirm the address. Use the email your account was created with — work email, not personal.
  • Wait up to 10 minutes during peak times, then try again.
  • Re-submit from the Forgot password page if the first email didn't arrive.
  • Contact your Administrator (or Soarvo support) to confirm the account and email address exist.

Password Requirements

At least 8 characters with a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols. Don't reuse passwords from other services.

💡 Tip: On shared field devices, enable Two-Factor Authentication (MFA) after resetting. It adds a one-time code at sign-in and protects your account even if your password is later compromised.

Resetting Someone Else's Password (Administrators)

Administrators cannot reset another user's password directly. If a colleague has lost access:

  1. Confirm the user's email address in User Management.
  2. Ask them to use Forgot password themselves.
  3. If they can't access the original email account, delete and re-invite from User Management. They set a new password during activation.
⚠️ Note: Deleting and re-inviting creates a fresh account — shared project access and data attributed to the user must be re-applied. Avoid this if a reset email is still possible.
