Overview

GIS data — shapefiles, KML, and CSV point/line/polygon data — can be uploaded to a location and viewed in the Data Viewer. Editors and above can upload.

How to upload

Soarvo uses a single upload flow for every data type:

Open the location from the home screen.
In the Data Viewer, find the File upload panel and click Upload files.
Select your file(s) and confirm — progress shows in the panel, then the layer appears in the Data Viewer.

⚠️ Note: Files must use the same coordinate system as the project, and the file (or ZIP) name becomes the layer name. See Supported data types & formats for the authoritative format reference and detailed steps.
