Resetting your password
Recover a forgotten password in a few clicks.
👤Overview
Reset a forgotten or changed password from the Soarvo login screen. Soarvo emails a reset link; click it and choose a new password.
ℹ️ Where this works: The reset applies to both the web portal and Soarvo Mobile — they share the same account.
How to Reset Your Password
- Go to live.soarvo.com.
- Click Forgot password (below the Log in button).
- Enter the email address for your Soarvo account.
- Click Send password reset.
- Check your inbox for the reset email from Soarvo.
- Click the link and set a new password.
- Sign in with your new password.
If You Don't Receive the Email
- Check junk/spam. Mark as not-spam to receive future Soarvo emails.
- Confirm the address. Use the email your account was created with — work email, not personal.
- Wait up to 10 minutes during peak times, then try again.
- Re-submit from the Forgot password page if the first email didn't arrive.
- Contact your Administrator (or Soarvo support) to confirm the account and email address exist.
Password Requirements
At least 8 characters with a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols. Don't reuse passwords from other services.
💡 Tip: On shared field devices, enable Two-Factor Authentication (MFA) after resetting. It adds a one-time code at sign-in and protects your account even if your password is later compromised.
Resetting Someone Else's Password (Administrators)
Administrators cannot reset another user's password directly. If a colleague has lost access:
- Confirm the user's email address in User Management.
- Ask them to use Forgot password themselves.
- If they can't access the original email account, delete and re-invite from User Management. They set a new password during activation.
⚠️ Note: Deleting and re-inviting creates a fresh account — shared project access and data attributed to the user must be re-applied. Avoid this if a reset email is still possible.
