Reference locations

Upload a dataset once and share it across the whole project.

Overview

Reference Locations let you upload a dataset once and share it across every location in the project — no file duplication. For example, upload a project-wide orthomosaic once and it becomes a base layer for all locations.

Setting Up a Reference Location
  1. Open Location settings for the location to designate as a reference.
  2. Tick Project Wide Availability and save.

Data uploaded to this location is now accessible from all other locations in the project.

💡 Tip: Prefix Reference Location names with [REF] so they're easy to spot in the directory.
